You can login to your account on Citibank Online and set up a Standing Instruction or use another bank’s account to pay via EPay.
You can drop your cheques or draft into any of the drop boxes placed at selected ATM locations.

Understand Interest Charges and Fees
The applicable interest rate is mentioned on your monthly statement. You may choose to pay in full every month if you do not want interest to accumulate on your subsequent bills. However, you must pay the minimum amount due before the payment due date to avoid late payment charges, which can vary from Rs. 300 for bills up to Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 700 for bills above Rs. 25,000.
Some Citibank credit cards allow you to earn rewards points with every use. You can accumulate these points to qualify for a range of attractive products. To know about the points you have earned, you can send SMS REWARDS XXXX to 52484 where XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card. You can redeem your points online or by calling the customer care.
